To get started with an ez2view trial you will need to Contact Us to arrange your trial, and then you just follow these simple steps:

1. Create a gr-ID account
   If you haven't already got one, please register on our secure web site.
   
   
2. Install ez2view
   It won't take long (especially if you have your IT Administrator at hand). The installation file and the Installation Instructions are available for download from our downloads page.

   The most common problem our customers experience with trial installations occurs when ez2view cannot communicate with global-roam servers because the customer's Internet proxy is blocking the communication. The Installation Instructions describe the required network access, so if you can grant ez2view this access through your proxy your installation will probably progress more smoothly.

3. Activate ez2view
   Run ez2view and enter your gr-ID account details.
   Select "Request & Activate a new trial".
